Our Trapeze Rings are designed for intermediate and advanced users who want to take their outdoor workout to the next level. Eight suspended steel rings span an 12' run and are installed with a 6" differential. Height from the ground to the rings is 7' and 7'6", respectively. Swing from one ring to the next or perform pull-ups, leg raises and a wide range of exercises that enhance upper body and core strength.
